Sesame Prawn Toast
Ingredients:
8oz (225g) raw peeled uncooked prawns
1 clove of garlic
2 teaspoon corn flour
Half teaspoon spicy salt ( Salt, white pepper & five spices)
One teaspoon sesame oil
2 slices of dry white bread
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method:

Put prawns, garlic, corn flour, spicy salt, and oil in food processor. Pulse to make puree.

Spread the puree evenly over the two slices of bread.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the puree and gently press them into place.

Deep fry the two slices, one at a time for about 5 minutes each.

Remove from fryer, shake of excess oil and cut them each into four triangles. Serve hot.
